Pledge of Compliance

As an employee of Hanwha Ocean, I clearly recognize the company's core values, Code of Ethics, and Anti-Bribery and Compliance policy, and I pledge to observe the following matters in performing my duties.

1. 1.I will become familiar with and comply with domestic and overseas laws and company regulations related to my work, and I will not direct, approve, abet, or condone any act that violates them.
2. 2.I will faithfully perform my assigned duties based on the principle of good faith, and when the interests of the company and the individual conflict, I will prioritize the legitimate interests of the company.
3. 3.For the company's business or interests, I will not provide undue money, valuables, or entertainment to stakeholders, including public officials and clients, whether at home or abroad.
4. 4.I will not receive or demand any property benefit of any kind, tangible or intangible—such as money, gifts, entertainment, or favors—from suppliers and potential business partners, and I will not become a direct or indirect party to monetary transactions or solicitations.
5. 5.I will clearly recognize the laws that serve as the basis for transactions with suppliers, supplying companies, business partners, etc., acknowledge such suppliers as equal parties to contracts, and not engage in any act contrary to this.
6. 6.I will not leak without authorization, or use for purposes other than work, the company's important information, trade secrets, management data, or the personal information of employees and stakeholders.
7. 7.I will respect the dignity and human rights of individual employees, will not spread rumors related to the company or individuals, and will not engage in speech or conduct that damages the company's reputation.
8. 8.I will actively participate in and cooperate with the policies, guidelines, education, and practice programs implemented by the company to establish ethics and compliance order.
