Hanwha Ocean’s Ethics and Compliance promotion organization is composed of the Legal Affairs Department and Management Diagnosis Department under the Compliance Department. The Legal Affairs Department conducts legal reviews and handles domestic and international dispute cases, establishes the compliance system, and carries out training, inspections, evaluations, improvements, and overall ethics management activities. The Management Diagnosis Department performs management diagnosis and improvement, plans diagnostics to prevent ethics and compliance risks, investigates fraud and corruption, and manages and investigates unethical reports received through the Sinmungo (Whistleblowing) System.
