Hanwha Ocean’s ESG Committee under the Board of Directors is composed entirely of independent directors. In December 2023, through a resolution of the ESG Committee, Hanwha Ocean established HOST (Hanwha Ocean Step-Up Target) 2030, its mid-to-long-term ESG core goal, and based on this, it continuously promotes the advancement of its ESG management system. In 2025, through the ESG Committee, Hanwha Ocean enacted the Board Independence and Diversity Policy, the Human Rights Management Policy, the Supply Chain Management Policy, and the Biodiversity Protection and Deforestation Prevention Policy. In addition, to substantively implement the HOST 2030 goals, Hanwha Ocean continuously refines related policies and strengthens systematic ESG governance operations by reporting and approving key quarterly ESG promotion plans and performance through the ESG Committee.
